I was happy when I found out I made the team. It is an honor to be invited to represent the World Team, because this is such a big event. Also, I’ll be able to see NFL players.

This past summer I played for Team Canada in the 2009 IFAF Junior World Championship in Canton, Ohio. We got the opportunity to play the United States in the championship game which I feel will be beneficial for this game. We got to see the type of competition and where you even out against the US players and also to get used to the different rules. In Canada, we have twelve guys on the field and everyone can motion.

My coaches are doing a good job of teaching us the plays in a very short amount of time. Another challenge we have is the language barrier on the team. We use a lot of body movement to communicate, and that seems to be working well. We have a lot of talented and smart athletes so that definitely makes it easier.

I am looking forward to beating Team USA on Saturday. I think we will match up very well with the United States. We are prepared. Our team right on is more prepared and physically better than what we had in Canton.

I see a big improvement with our team from the first practice to where we are today. During the first practice I was kind of lost and was not too sure. And now I feel like our team is a unit. I can not wait for Saturday!

Do your thing, cuz. This

Do your thing, cuz. This sounds like an amazing experience. I can imagine it'd be hard getting on the same page with all these guys who are taught football differently... not to mention the whole language thing, lol.

Good luck on Saturday.
