Information Gathering and Usage

This privacy policy covers the use of cookies by LockerBlogger and does not cover the use of cookies or other tracking technologies by any of its advertisers.

Sharing Your Information with Third Parties
LockerBlogger is about sharing information with others, friends and people in your networks, while providing you with privacy settings that restrict other users from accessing your information. We allow you to choose the information you provide to friends and networks through LockerBlogger. Our network architecture and your privacy settings allow you to make informed choices about who has access to your information. We do not provide contact information to third party marketers without your permission.

Children Under Age 13
LockerBlogger does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register. Client Data Storage
Although LockerBlogger owns the data storage, databases and all rights to the LockerBlogger application, you retain all rights to your data and we will never sell or share your client data with any third-parties, contact your clients directly, or use your data for our own business advantage. We will also not utilize your data in our databases to compete with you, market to your clients, advertise to, or contact them for any other means of profit. We respect the privacy of our subscribers, and the privacy of their client data.

LockerBlogger may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms of Service.
